Annual Maintenance Contract

The DFTSimuLab Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) can optionally be purchased for simulator version 1.3-4 and 2.2-4. AMC includes new software updates and e-mail technical support. It is an annual subscription and the price is 30% of current list price of the software license if purchased simultaneously^*) with the license to use the simulation software (subject to change without notice). We highly recommend the AMC to ensure receiving the latest software and full technical support.

The maintenance contract includes:

New simulator releases at least twice a year with enhancement and new features added.

E-mail support for problem resolution including: clarification of functions and features; clarification of documentation; technical support and guidance in the operation of the software.

Requests for enhancements are welcomed and may be implemented without cost in later releases (at DFTSimuLab's discretion).

*) In order to purchase AMC later than at the date when the software license was originally purchased,
a lapsed maintenance charge needs to be paid, which is equal to the sum of the AMC fees at curent list price
applied to all past time periods for which no AMC subscription was in effect.
