For Windows OS, to use the Graphical User Interface, the Tcl/Tk toolkit of version 8.3 or later must be present on the host system. See toolkit test and download instructions. To use command line invocation mode requires no additional toolkit to be present. In addition, all versions require the date and time functions to be properly configured on your system.
